Orders

An order is subject to product availability, successful payment and acceptance by RYKARD. We may contact the customer if information is incomplete or fulfillment cannot proceed.

Product information

We aim to present products accurately. Minor differences in color or appearance can occur between screens, photography and the physical product.

Pricing

Prices are shown in AED. The price and delivery charge displayed at checkout apply to that order unless a clear technical or pricing error has occurred.

Delivery

RYKARD currently delivers within the UAE and may use trusted logistics and delivery partners. Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy and are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return Policy and applicable UAE consumer requirements.
