RETURN POLICY

14-day return requests

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact RYKARD with your order number before returning an item.

Condition

Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with the original packaging, protective materials and included accessories. Items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from your order, contact RYKARD as soon as possible so we can review the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed. Original delivery charges, including optional 1–2 day delivery fees, are not refundable unless the item was damaged, incorrect or otherwise required by applicable law.
