Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary for customized products and will be shown to the customer when final supplier timings are confirmed.

Delivery

RYKARD may ship orders directly from an approved fulfillment supplier. Delivery times depend on destination, selected shipping service, customs and carrier conditions.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, it will be attached to the order and can be viewed through Track Order.

Customs & address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Customs duties or import charges, if applicable, may depend on the destination country.
